Junior Graphic Designer

My client based on the outskirts of Spalding is currently seeking a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a recent college or university graduate!

The successful applicant will be responsible for following marketing briefs and designing creative content for various media platforms.

The Job:

• Design regular features for the company s digital monthly magazine.
• Design and manage monthly eMarketing campaigns.
• Create graphics, including animated videos and GIFs for use on various social media platforms.
• Create graphics for websites/blogs.
• Design and create a monthly internal newsletter.
• Support senior members of the team with ad hoc projects.
• General marketing activity and administration.

The Individual:

• A natural passion for creative and graphic design is essential.
• Imaginative, creative and willing to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage projects and work to deadlines.
• Strong team player, happy to support colleagues when needed.
• Technical knowledge - Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects and Photoshop). HTML & CSS, desirable but not essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced and growing marketing team. Full support and ongoing training will be provided. Working hours are Monday to Friday.
