SF Recruitment are supporting a leading Manufacturing business in recruiting for a Service Planner to join the team on a permanent basis based in Redditch on a permanent basis.
Salary: GBP30,000 p.a. + discounts at retailers + 22 days holiday + bank holidays + company pension.
Monday - Friday, office based.
The Role:
- As the Service Planner you will support the services team in providing outstanding customer service.
- Schedule and delegate workloads effectively.
- Service job processing to invoice on completion of the service quotes.
- Assist in managing customer queries and resolve issues with the Service supervisor.
- Support the PSSR in raising customer quotes.
- Manage quotes.
The Candidate:
As the successful candidate for the Service Planner role, you will have the following:
- Experience working within the Manufacturing industry in a similar role.
- Excellent Communication & I.T Skills.
- Drive to achieve.
