The safe and effective delivery of 5 Front of House / Reception services
Based within the Facilities team you will manage Front of House services remotely
Manage a team of Front of House / Reception staff
Support the Facilities Manager / Facilities Management team where required

Visitor passes / security
ID checks
Supplier information
Customer / client liaison
Meet and greet
Health and Safety/compliance administration
Finance administration (PO's etc).
Be the face for the businessPlease note this role is NOT sitting within the main reception area, it is based in the Facilities Team, you will however have direct responsibility for the Reception services.
