Were seeking an experienced HR Advisor seeking a new challenging role and step up with growth. Fareham
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor or Senior Advisor to undertake a new role for a a growing not for profit organisation in Fareham, Hampshire. : - Group Employee Experience Lead.
This role will suit either an experienced HR Advisor with supervision experience or perhaps an HR Advisor with the aptitude to supervise and wants some progression.
Reporting to the Group Employee Experience Manager you will be undertaking a full HR Generalist role : -
Supporting employees and managers in all areas of HR from employer relations case work,
Employee wellbeing, engagement and retention initiatives and helping to fulfil the organisations equality, diversity and inclusion commitment (so hopefully a nice bit of variety and not just standard ER)
You will be supervising 2 HR Advisors who will be partnering with divisions and managers.
Candidates
We are looking for an HR Advisor / Senior HR Advisor who has sound experience in the delivery of all aspects of Employee Relations advice; ranging from performance management, health and absence, grievance and disciplinary matters, and ideally even TUPE.
The role includes supervision of 2 other HR advisors so it could be suitable for someone looking for the next step in their career. Our client is flexible to consider applicants which have some supervision experiences in background or even if not but the right level of HR experience and confidence to lead.
CIPD Level 5 ideally
This is a permanent opportunity to join a friendly and busy HR and People Services team.
Hybrid working with some days in office in Fareham and travelling to sites on the South Coast (Hants/Dorset/Sussex)
