Contract: Full Time
Salary: up to GBP40,000 including Bonus

What we are looking for:
A keen interest in Greek food
Being reliable & flexible (Weekends apply - 2 days off per week)
Fluency in English
A "people person" who puts all aspects of people first - this includes treating fellow employees with respect & providing excellent curstomer service to our guests.
Proven track record with maintaining high level of sales
Managing a medium sized kitchen team, ensuring that they flourish in their development.
Experience with Weekly & Monthly P&L s
Experience in food preparation
Experience in managing supply and labour costs
Experience with maintaining a 90% Net Promoter Score
Success with quarterly KPI s and target s
Advance understanding of UK Health and Safety regulations
Experience with managing customers expectations
Experience with HACCP
Eligibility to work in the UK
Reliable and flexible employees who take ownership. (Weekends apply, 2 days off per week.)
Fluency in English is a must
Positive employees with the ability to maintain high energy is essential
Experience in leading teams and taking responsibility. Kitchen experience, with a Food to go/Quick Service food retail background.
