A French speaking 1st/ 2nd Support Engineer is required a by growing manufacturing firm based in the Borehamwood Head Office paying up to GBP30k with a 10% annual bonus. Due to expansion they are looking to increase the team size from 4 people to 6 people.
The successful candidate will need to be fluent in French as this busy little team provides support to over 600 users across 50 warehouses based in the UK, France, Belgium and Spain. You will need to hit the ground running working in a Windows Environment providing up to 2nd Line Support.
You will report directly to Business Support Manager and will join a busy thriving Business Support team. You will need to be a proactive team player and support various issues with windows and microsoft based applications issues no 2 tickets are ever the same one call maybe a passwords reset in France the next call might be supporting someone in the Office face to face with a conferencing issue.
Experience & Skills Required
You must be confident speaking in French about IT related issues
Office 365 deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting experience
Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019
Experience dealing with MS Teams
Knowledge of AzureAD and Active Directory
Experience with Backup management
Experience with Firewall / network infrastructure management
Able to manage hardware and upgrades
Experience with MDM deployment and management
Excellent Customer service experience
