Service Provisions Coordinator
GBP18,000 - GBP25,000 Depending on Experience

On a daily basis, the successful candidate will be responsible for a number of national sites, working closely with external partnerships to maximise sales and ensure the smooth running of the projects.

Key Duties:
Responsible for all site installation services working in partnership with customers and building relationships to maximise sales and protect margin and profitability ensuring that customer satisfaction and a safe working environment is delivered on every opportunity.
Through effective and proactive resource management ensure that all installation works are planned and resourced to deliver their requirements both within budget and timescale.
Other key responsibilities include managing the performance of the labour to ensure continuous improvement of the teams.
Manage the skills matrix and compliance of any certificates and qualifications.
Any other adhoc duties the company requires.
Responsible for organising labour across various shop fitting work.
Management of the daily installation workflow highlighting and addressing concerns against budget margins
Recruit teams of fitters of varying skill sets to complete works
Building a robust ecosystem of fitters to enable us to deliver complete solutions required by our customers
Monitor the performance of the fitters and site managers to aid continuous improvement and manage the compliance of certificates and qualifications through the skills matrix.
Project management where required on bigger Group wide projects
Management of the daily installation workflow, identifying and rectifying any labour shortages.
Dealing with any absences effectively.
Ensure that we are maximising sales and protect margin and profitability on each job and raising any concerns to the Operations Manager.
Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a partnership
Take out of hours calls for any urgent installation matters and rectify accordingly. Escalate to the Operations Manager if needed.
Working with the Project Managers on key accounts to efficiently rectify any snagging and issues on site
Responsible for logistics of the day-to-day installation work, booking hotels etc.
Build strong relationships with the fitters and empower the teams encouraging a best-in-class approach to installation
Build a pool of fitters to enable us to be able to deliver and fill customer requests using different recruitment techniques. Build the skills matrix and manage compliance of documents.
Being proactive in learning and becoming immersed in the projects to understand the kit and installation work required.
Ultimately being able to advise fitters on queries before contacting the customer.
Work with the Operations Manager to ensure timely invoicing
Consider and accept further training to improve personal and company skills & efficiency
Skills and Qualifications:
Prior experience within a customer focused administrative role
IT literate with knowledge of MS Office packages including Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage own workload effectively
Organised with excellent time management skills
Proactive and eager to learn
The Offering:
GBP18,000 - GBP25,000 DOE
