This role is WORKING FROM HOME
You will be required to have your own Laptop or computer that is in fully working order with a microphone and camera you will also be required to use a headset this in not provided by the client.
What the role is about?
NHS vaccination project
Inbound calls- Bookings for booster/winter jabs
Excellent customer service skills
Must be able to speak or fluent in English
Experience in a similar role either telesales or customer service
DBS check required
This role will start on 29th August 2022
And you will have your training days on 22nd august so must be available on these dates
Opening hours Mon-Fri 8am-8pm Sat/Sun- 9am- 4pm
You will be required to work 5 out of 7 and will be given a weekly rota so will include weekends
