Administrator - Citizens in Policing
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join the Devon & Cornwall Citizens in Policing team at the Police HQ in Middlemoor, Exeter. You will ensure that all aspects of general, clerical and administrative support is effectively carried out.
Your duties include:
Acting as a point of contact in answering telephone calls and/ or emails, taking bookings and coordinating team diaries to meet demand
Record notes and associated partner meetings to ensure accurate records of conversations and meetings are maintained
Updating and maintaining databases, extracting data from excel databases for analysis and audits
Updating resources, including periodic stock taking and re-ordering when necessary
Requirements:
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Experience using MS Office
Good communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to take and prepare accurate meeting notes
