MAK Jobs are recruiting Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth
Salary: GBP10.73 - GBP12.26 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00
Full driving licence is required as the candidate will be required to travel from site to site daily. (Pool car is provided)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for recruitment agencies and operations team
- Reporting and managing absences, holidays, new starters, leavers.
- Conducting site inductions for new starters
- Maintain HQ time management software
- Provide guidance and assistance in recruitment selection, training and induction where necessary
- Respond to all telephone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Posting job advertisements & designing adverts for social media
- Supporting the HR team with administration duties
- Any other tasks relevant to the role
About you:
- Experience in a similar role
- Full driving licence
- A positive attitude and excellent communicator
- Able to work as part of a team as well as on their own
- Effective team player, who constantly displays commitment and flexibility
- Good attention to details
- Delivers a high-quality customer service in a professional manner
