You will have at least 2 years of office based experience, ideally within account management and be ready to take your next move. A knowledge of the German or French language would also be a benefit but is not essential.
You'll work within the Commercial Team and deal with various internal and external stakeholders.
Duties will include:
Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
Maintaining and improving the database of prospects
Researching for new leads
Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
Act as the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each individual prospect moving forward
Managing and reporting on pipeline - both EMEA and Global
Where appropriate and requested from Senior Management, attend industry trade shows, film festivals, and other travel as required to attend meetings or to represent the company at relevant events. Furthermore, this will involve managing stands at fairs, speaking at events etc. The Internal Sales Executive will be accountable for:
Managing small- to medium-sized accounts
Develop and maintain a relationship with key account holders
Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately.
Up-sell new products (using internal subject matter experts or other internal resources as necessary)
