Bathroom Fitter
I am working with a maintenance contractor who are based in Cornwall to recruit a Bathroom fitter to join the planned maintenance team. You will be working in occupied and void properties replacing bathrooms and wet rooms in Truro, Newquay, Wadebridge, Bodmin and surrounding areas.
Duties will include:
Rip out old bathroom
Plumb in bath, WC, basin
Install low level shower trays
Boxing in pipes, skirting boards
Plastering make walls good
Tiling
Silicone finishing
Painting
You will need:
A qualification in plumbing, (NVQ 2/3 or City & guilds or be time served)
To be multi skilled
Asbestos awareness
CSCS card - desirable
Clean driving licence
Own tools
Good communication skills
Hours - Mon - Fri 8.00 - 16.30
