HR Administrator required in Nottingham, working within HE.
Your new company
Working for a well known HE establishment located in Nottingham. This role will operate a hybrid work model, that is a blend between office and remote, however is best suited to someone who can drive or a confident user of public transport as this role will require travel to different campuses around Nottingham.
Accepting applications from HR graduates who have done a placement/intern year.
Your new role
This is a really varied role that will be well suited to someone early on in the HR career with the ambition to progress. You will provide support to the HR team and managers in a wide range of generalist activities including flexible working requests, internal recruitment, visa sponsorship and family friendly policies. You will provide a proactive, customer focused, effective and value-added HR support service and enjoy being part of a high functioning team.
This role is also offering great scope for those wishing to pursue their HR career, with the opportunity to get involved with carious projects or shadow senior staff members to aid development.
This is a full time, permanent position working Monday - Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have a strong administrative background and minimum 1 years exposure to a HR environment to ensure you are familiar with the jargon. You will have a passion for HR and a drive to succeed within the sector. You will have a commitment to providing excellent customer service, be capable of managing a high volume of varied activities and enjoy developing professional, effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
