Salary: £23,000 per annum

Permanent, Full time, up to 37.5 hrs

The Role
The Customer Operations Assistant is the first point of contact for RADA’s diverse visitors including our students, staff & customers, ensuring security of all RADA buildings & contents.
You'll play a vital role in welcoming and assisting guests with their enquiries and will be a central point for information across the academy. Further to this, you will be required to sell tickets for performances, events, workshops and courses across all sites together with merchandise.
Attention to detail, punctuality, presentation, and excellent customer service skills are key to this role.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Recent Reception and/or Box Office experience.
- Experience of responding to customer requests and complaints
- Proficient in IT - e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Clear and articulate communication skills.
- Customer Service experience.

Up to 37.5 hrs, worked on a shift rota, working Monday-Saturday 5 shifts per week alternating - week of days 8-4.30, week of evenings 2-10.30 or break shift 10.30-7 occasional Sundays* Hours may vary to building opening hours 7.30am-12.30am.
*Please note Sunday shifts will be paid at an additional 0.5 per hour*
