Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Loughborough
Pay rate: GBP9.50
Hours of Work: 6am-2pm (2pm-6am also available)
Type: Temporary Job

We are hiring for a production operatives to undertake job location. Company based in Loughborough is one of the biggest companies making sauces for airlines, travel industry, combining delicious food and clever packaging with efficient international logistical networks.
DUTIES OF A PRODUCTION OPERATIVE
You will be working as part of the manufacturing team and will be responsible for:
• Working on the production line assisting with manufacturing of products.
• Packing, labelling, feeding materials into machinery, etc.
• Ensuring production is running smooth and efficient.
• Communicating daily with supervisors/production managers.
• Maintaining machinery and fault finding.
• Adhering to strict health and safety policies and procedures.
Skills and experience of a packer
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to do manual handling.
• Good communication skills.
• Quick learner, ability to follow continuous training.
• Flexibility and positive attitude.
• Good team player also able to work on their own when required.
About the Client
Our client is a fast paced food production company that are looking for operatives to join their team on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person. This client has a large site that has facilities such as a canteen, smoking area, free car parking and locker room.
