We have excellent opportunities in the Fareham/Segensworth area to work for a well-established large Global Manufacturing Company. This is a friendly fast growing company that are currently recruiting full time Warehouse Distributors.
We also offer a great modern working environment, full training and a competitive salary package.
We have immediate shifts available which are Double Days, (6.00am - 2.00pm & 2.00pm - 10.00pm) Monday to Friday. + Plenty of overtime. Salary starts at GBP10.93 per hour regular weekly hours with the chance to be taken on permanently.
Your role
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship products)
Keep quality standards high for audits
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
Operate warehouse pallet truck vehicles and labelling equipment
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Inputting data on to worksheets and following procedures.
Assembling crates and display boxes. Skills
Experience working in a warehouse environment
Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to lift heavy objects (15KG)
Positive work attitude
Ability to multi task
Good verbal and written English. You will be given full training on the role within a friendly working environment to feel part of the team.
