Customer Supply Coordinator

Do you have experience of managing the end-to-end customer order process within Supply Chain or a graduate looking to gain a career in this field? If so, our client, a large well-known retailer is looking for an ongoing person to join the Head Office team. A good knowledge of Excel will be required to fulfill this role alongside the ability to learn computer systems and input information with accuracy.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end customer order process for Retail Partners
Align the customer order book to stock allocation/availability report issued by the Commercial Team to optimise On Time in Full
To provide clear and consistent communication to the team and the external teams within the UK Subsidiary
To update customers of outstanding orders, delivery dates and stock availability; using excel/email
Maintain Price Books onto SAP to ensure that pricing matches the Commercial team s submission
To obtain Customer Bookings - via retailer portal/telephone/email inline with Retailer request dates
Closely monitor the sales figures to achieve the monthly UK & Ireland financial targets
Undertake Customer visits to discuss Intake and Open order Forecast Plans with Customers, Stock Planning teams and build on relationships with day-to-day contacts
Align with the UK Demand Team to help manage and prioritise China EU stock into Warehouse and help control Stock Allocations to maximise customer service/sales turnover
To ensure the flow of inbound stock is efficient from China and EU into third party warehouse.
Manage and monitor all inbound freight on arrival into the UK ensuring no delays in supply
To help manage and monitor all UK Returns and recovery
Essential:
UK Sales or Supply Chain environment knowledge
Confident customer focus & Commercial awareness
Competence in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel software packages
Ability to work well under pressure in a target driven team
Excellent motivation, administration, analytical and organisational skills
Strong verbal and communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally
Ability to travel as and when required
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm
Friday 8am - 12.30pm
