1st Line Support Analyst, Bournemouth, 6 Month initial contract, GBP170 p/day Inside IR35

Working for a reputable business in Bournemouth, you will be joining a busy and friendly IT Service Desk team on 1st line support covering their UK wide network of offices. You will be the first point of contact for IT related issues and requests from the business.

You'll be answering the phone, logging incidents, unlocking accounts in Active Directory and monitoring the ticket queues to ensure that all new tickets are categorised and assigned correctly. You will receive training in their ITSM (IT Service Management Tool) tool but any experience of ServiceNow would be beneficial. If you have a some experience on a 1st line IT Service Desk in an ITIL environment, please apply. You will need a general IT understanding and experience dealing with level 1 issues.

This role is Monday-Friday on site in central Bournemouth and initially a 6 month contract. You will be paid weekly by one of our umbrella companies.
