IT Support Engineer (MSP) - Nottingham - GBP25-30k
I am recruiting on behalf of my client for an IT Support Engineer to join their ever-growing team based in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be a part of their technical team providing IT support and services to a number of companies across the East Midlands region.
We are looking for someone who lives a commutable distance from Nottingham and who wants to be a part of a team long-term whilst offering excellent service to their clients.
Skills required:
Office 365
Windows Server
Networking
Troubleshooting and setup of firewalls, routers, and switches
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
Hyper-V and VMware
Responsibilities:
Assisting clients with IT issues via phone, email, and remote tools
Remote and Onsite project work
2nd/3rd Line support
Advising clients on IT security and assisting in helping them with their IT faults and requests
The salary is dependent on your experience, skills, and qualifications. Office hours are between 8:00 - 18:00 with a rota system operating between these hours. You will also receive training on the latest technologies they use on a daily basis.
