Customer Service Advisor
Salary: GBP19,305 to GBP21,000pa
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday with the option of going Hybrid after successful completion of 3 months probation period.
Responsibilities:
Raise returns on the relevant systems for various different scenarios, sending details over to customers including all paperwork to go with the return.
Arrange collections via carriers to ensure goods are received back in a timely manner.
Investigate all customer queries for example, goods which are no longer required, faulty or damaged.
Engage with internal teams to resolve queries.
Engage with vendors if items are faulty or incorrect and credit returns if authorised.
Sorting repairs to be returned to the relevant vendor.
Liaising with customers, colleagues, and vendors confidently via email or over th phone.
Answer incoming communications professionally and in a timely manner, responding accordingly.
About you:
Good standard knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
