Installations Coordinator - Wisbech, Cambridgeshire - GBP24,000/37.5hrs pw

Reporting to the National Installations Manager and based in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, our client is looking for and INSTALLATIONS COORDINATOR to join their committed and dedicated team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will schedule and coordinate field-based team members diaries by arranging survey and inspection visits with clients along with scheduling the activities of other 3rd party services such as quartz worktop fabricators/installers.

An exceptionally professional and friendly telephone manner is therefore key to the success of this role. Your CV will highlight your previous telephone communications work. The role also involves scheduling a national resource of sub-contracted kitchen fitters and painters to complete works with clients on behalf of the business. In addition, you will manage any warranty claims including scheduling employed and sub-contract resources to attend client s homes.

Duties and Responsibilities

To schedule client appointments with field-based Area Installations Managers for the purposes of:

Site surveys
Post fit and paint inspections
Sign-off and investigations
Verifying the claim
Liaise with trades to arrange inspection and/or completion of work relevant to claim
To review and action inspection reports
Liaise with client in relation to claim keeping them updated at all stages

To schedule sub-contract kitchen fitters and painters in line with client project timescales.
To manage warranty claims including:

To coordinate and manage Area Installation Manager diaries to ensure an effective and efficient use of time and resources.
To maintain up to date and accurate information on the Company s Easy Quote system.
Ensure the best possible level of Customer Service is always maintained.

Ad hoc administrative duties to support and maintain the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Installations Department.

Rewards:

The role carries an excellent starting salary of around GBP24,000 per annum for an individual who can best demonstrate that they have the experience, ability, and attitude to strengthen the team. 23 days holiday + bank holiday rising to 26 days within 5 years, 37.5 hours per week. 1 day pw remote working available
