Do you have previous experience building relationships with customers and suppliers? Are you looking to work for a company with great internal progression? If so, this could be the job for you!
Joining our enthusiastic team as Hire Desk Controller, you will be responsible for the end-to-end customer journey for all hire jobs, starting from the initial hire enquiry, right the way through to sourcing the products and services required from suppliers. You will play a key role in ensuring all customer hire jobs run smoothly, and all customers receive the exceptional customer service they have come to expect. Identifying and maximising on all upselling opportunities, you will guide your team to deliver on all set monthly revenue and margin targets.
What are we looking for?
Proactive and organised, with the ability to plan your day effectively, you will have proven experience in an administrative role and will be able to work on your own initiative. We would like you to have good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.), a methodical approach to all tasks given to you and experience of hitting financial targets through working as part of a team.
