RSW have been given a great opportunity to recruit for production operatives to join our client based in Cardiff. These are permanent positions with a well-established manufacturing company with an opportunity to progress.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure all orders are completed to Company standards
Completing job cards and quality documents
Ensure Health and Safety is followed at all times and correct PPE is worn
Ensure work areas are clean and safe and well maintained
Candidate Skills and Attributes:
Ability to identify and find a solution to a problem
Manufacturing experience within a construction company is beneficial
Positive work ethic
Team Player
Be flexible and adaptable
Hours of Work and Pay:
3 Shift pattern:Monday to Friday 40 Hours per week
6.00am - 14.00pm
14.00pm - 22.00pm 10% paid on basic hourly rate
22.00pm - 6.00am 30% paid on basic hourly rate
