Due to our ongoing expansion, Orpea Residences Ireland have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic & motivated Sales & Marketing executive to join our head office Team based in Citywest Business Campus.
Responsibilities of the role;-
_Duties & Responsibilities include: _
To work in conjunction with the Senior Team for the involvement in all functions of the Sales & Marketing Department.
Liaise with our Senior & Operations Team on developing our Brand Awareness in Ireland.
Manage the administrative function of our brands in line with our Group Standards
Liaise between the administration team, support functions and the commercial teams to gather and communicate important information.
Manage & centralise all marketing activities across the group.
Work closely with our PR company on PR campaigns throughout the year.
Process mailings and customer communications as required
Develop marketing plans for our existing & new homes in conjunction with the local regional operations team.
Conduct market research surveys and collate results.
Work with our operations team on mystery shopper reports
Liaise & support the Nursing Homes with general Marketing initiatives
Conduct regular marketing campaigns throughout our nursing homes
Develop & manage our social media platforms & posts.
Devise and manage our digital marketing campaigns
Maintain Websites and be liaison with website provider on regular updates.
Experience and Qualifications
Highly proficient in MS Office and Social Media Platforms
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong people development skills.
Previous Sales & Marketing experience in similar environment 3-5 years
