Our client is looking for National Accounts Manager (UK & Ireland) to act as a national account manager overseeing all national partner accounts within the UK&I region as assigned the by the Country Manager. To identify & target business opportunities with existing national account customers. To act as the main point of contact between European HQ in the UK & assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

To maintain relationships with existing key clients, including customer visits & enduser engagement to identify opportunities to upsell and further increase sales.

To identify business opportunities amongst current customers.

To draw up business proposals and offers for existing customers within company guidelines.

To manage the process from enquiry to close

To create sales reports which detail new & existing projects, along with any requirements to ensure a successful outcome.

To work towards & continually monitor set KPIs on targets set for key customer accounts.

To promote training on our products & software to ensure customers have the required knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell our solutions to the end user.

Work with product management to ensure our product range continues to meet with customer/market expectations.

To keep up to date with market trends To achieve set objectives relating to all relevant sales and product quantity mix. This will involve the strategic and active analysis of channel management and introduction of sales promotion activity through distribution partners.

To work closely with our Marketing team to entice existing customers & encourage new customers, by organising activities & events

To attend UK&I trade shows & events

To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Country Manager (UK&I)

Experience, Qualifications & Personal Attributes Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the Security industry ( surveillance or CCTV etc)

Strong knowledge of the market, main channels and potential customers

Experience selling to Distributors and National Accounts within the region

A proven track record in sales and achievement of business objectives.

Understanding of current security technologies

Business or Technical Degree Level Education (desirable)

Intermediate & Advanced Microsoft Office skills to include Excel

Clean Driving License

English language essential

Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with both internal Company Directors / colleagues and key clients

Ability to demonstrate independent thinking and good clear judgement

Ability to demonstrate motivation of multidisciplinary teams to achieve targets

Logical and well organised with exceptional attention to detail

Displays a pro-active approach and is a solution finder

Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative

Ability to communicate on all levels in a clear and concise manner

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and Process oriented
