Transport Administrator
Salary: GBP25,000 per annum
Contract: Temp-to-perm
Location: Bicester
Equation Recruitment are looking for a Transport Administrator to join our clients Bicester team.
Main Responsibilities:
Act as the key facilitator between various stakeholders to ensure that deliveries are made on time and orders are being delivered as per our customers' expectations.
The role includes booking and debriefing drivers,
preparing invoices and trip sheets,
e-mailing and communicating with relevant departments, customers or suppliers.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Experience in a similar fast paced work environment
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office and Outlook
Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills
Attention to details
Ability to work efficiently independently and as a team
Ability to prioritise work
Previous experience in transport department and intermediate computer skills essential.
