Page Personnel are currently partnering with a fantastic leisure and sport business, based in Llanrwst, who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to line managers across a range of HR related matters

Description
The HR Advisor will be responsible for:
Managing the initial disciplinary and grievance procedures
Providing employee relations training to line managers
Identifying and implementing HR related business improvements
Managing the apprenticeship scheme
Leading in employee engagement and retention
Ad hoc project work
Managing the end to end recruitment process
Contribute to recruitment campaigns by creating engaging social media content
Maintain the ATS
Overseeing the induction and onboarding of new starters
Data analysis relating to staff retention rates
Supporting with payroll where required
Any other ad hoc duties as requiredProfile
The successful HR Advisor will have:
CIPD Level 5 (desirable)
A proven track record of working within a busy HR team
A solid understanding of the end to end recruitment process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An ability to work under minimal supervision
