CNC Programmer, Setter, Operator

We require a 3 axis CNC Programmer/Setter Milling VMC which Fanuc Control which are equipped with an automated loading system , Full DNC link and Machine Monitoring, for our lovely client based in Letchworth.
We are looking for an engineer for their core components so that they can be efficiently and consistently manufactured, making the same parts each month so 1% improvements can have a massive impact. Loading is fully automated there is plenty of time for process and programming improvements, which is a real game changer!
CNC Programmer/Setter Milling VMC, they looking for someone who..
Gets excited when they find a small improvement which can be transferred across similar parts
Must do one final check to make sure the small details are done before they leave site
Always tries to find the simplest way to get things done
Knows a positive attitude gives the best chance of finding solutions to problems
Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the CNC Programmer/Setter Milling VMC
Programming, setting axis multi VMC with Fanuc control.
Programming robotic loading system (training provided)
Defining best method machining principles
Documenting methods, creating set up sheets etc
Process improvement implementation
Management of CNC programs and shop floor documentation
Requirements:
Min of 5 years experience in a sub contract or similar environment
Thorough understanding of CNC programming using Fanuc control
Ability to review and update current processes and problem solve
Reading and interpreting drawings
Experience with Fusion 360 or similar CAD and CAM applications
Experience with DNC Program transfer
Ability to use measuring equipment such as micrometers, verniers, plug gauges, screw plugs and ring gauges
Have a can-do attitude and work well with others in a team environment
Flexible - willing to work overtime when required to suit customer requirements
Understanding of Carbide Tooling , Speeds and Feeds (Training provided)
Understanding Of Machine Monitoring OEE (Training provided)
