An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Human Resources and Recruitment Manager at TMT First, an award winning, fast-growing technology company based in Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire.

TMT First have a fantastic team of 120 including a HR administrator and we are looking for an ambitious HR & Recruitment Manager to take ownership of staff welfare and recruitment to support our continued growth.

The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified with a proven track record in human resource development and compliance. A positive attitude and adaptability are essential to cater for our diverse team.

Along with day-to-day Human Resource operations, duties will include:

  • Working with the management team to develop recruitment processes
  • Managing the selection of new employees
  • Enhancing systems and procedures to develop and retain team members
  • Identify training opportunities for the business
  • Maintain & develop all employee records and regulatory requirements
  • Develop employee benefits programme
  • Work with local education establishments to develop apprenticeship programmes
  • Develop and Implement the company's people polices
  • Identifying and delivering people management strategies that drive a positive culture, a high performance team and ensure staff retention

Usual Working Hours: 40 hours, Monday to Friday

Salary: GBP40,000-GBP45,000
