Maintenance Person

RECRUITMENTiQ is delighted to be working alongside a Private Member's Golf Club in Salisbury, Wiltshire, in their quest to find a Maintenance Person to join their team.This role is available Full Time or Part Time to suit.The jobholder will work for a private members club with a reputation for providing excellent playing conditions all year-round.A competent Maintenance Person is needed to join the team, which is committed to the continued development and smooth day-to-day operation of the Golf Club, providing a first-class service to members and visitors.Responsibilities will include:

• General plumbing, building, electrical, painting and decorating works that do not require a contractor
• Health & Safety checks
• Main key holder
• Keeping clubhouse surrounds clean and tidy
• Care of outside flowers and plants
• Maintenance and care of golf buggies and shoe cleaning area
• Oil and gas level checks
• Contractor sign in/out and overseeing completion of tasks
• Other general maintenance duties as required

The successful candidate will report directly to the Manager, and will be able to demonstrate that they are:

• A multi-skilled good all rounder
• A good team player happy to get stuck in and support others
• Proactive, flexible, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
• Suitably qualified and/or experienced (e.g., IOSH Managing Safety; NEBOSH General; PAT testing; etc. All relevant qualifications and/or experience will be considered)

Salary details:Starting salary from GBP16,250 for a 25-hour week up to GBP26,000 for a 40-hour week (normally five working days # GBP12.50 per hour).Application deadline: Thursday 25th August 2022Upload your CV & Apply today!
