Spa Apprentice

Winner of the EmergingTalent Initiative, Eden Hotel Collection are excited to be opening upapplications for the next intake of Level 3 Spa Apprentices.

This is designed for qualified (or soon to be)Level 2 Beauty students looking for an alternative to a college apprenticeship,OR for those who completed a Level 2 apprenticeship elsewhere and are looking toexpand their skills in a luxury boutique spa environment .

What you'll be doing?

OurAcademy will provide the opportunity for you to work with us on a full-timebasis and to earn while you learn', setting you up with the very best skills,qualifications and experience to begin your career in the industry. We have partnered with the InternationalBeauty and Holistic Academy to create a bespoke Level 3 Beauty/Wellbeing &Holistic Therapy qualification, where instead ofday release, you will attend 3 days of training per month across 20 months, eitherat one of our hotels or at our training centre in Gloucester (withaccommodation and travel costs covered).

Youwill join us in initially mastering reception duties, before honing your Level2 skills with ESPA training to deliver facials. As your training continues, sowill your experience, allowing you to train and deliver massage, body wraps andadvanced treatments, all supported by Eden Masterclasses' with ESPA and Orly.

Thisis a unique experience bespoke to Eden Hotel Collection, where you can developthrough your Level 3 qualification whilst delivering advanced treatments priorto full qualification completion.

What you'll need?

• To be successful you will have gained a Level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy;
• To be committed and passionate about a career within the beauty/spa industry;
• Be prepared to apply yourself to the Level 3 qualification and studies and work hard in recognition of this amazing opportunity;
• A passion to provide holistic and beauty therapies according to a five star spa service standard;
• Exceptional grooming standards;
• It goes without saying that a positive can do' attitude is essential, along with a good sense of humour, team spirit, as well as a real and evident passion for both the industry and for Elan Spas.

What to expect?

OurSpa opening times are usually between 6:30am-9:30pm Monday-Friday, and 8am-8pmSaturday and Sunday. You will be workinga minimum of 30 hours, across 5 days per week (inclusive of trainingdays). Our spa's are busiest from Fridayto Sunday, with weekends off awarded on a rotation basis.
