COMMUNITY AND CONTENT MANAGER

Foxwood Recruitment are delighted to have partnered with a global cybersecurity training powerhouse - on their quest for a talented Community and Content Manager to join a rapidly growing, new and exciting business area.
This is a unique opportunity for a digital savvy marketing professional to build and develop a specific targeted community of likeminded cybersecurity professionals. Reaching new customers through marketing initiatives, localised marketing and / or events, and promote activities to drive traffic, engagement and brand excitement.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Manage and deliver all relevant content for a new online community platform and mobile app.
Be responsible for facilitating and/or creating engaging content, distributing the content through the identified marketing channels and measuring engagement.
Define and write a specific content marketing plan that supports the global strategy.
Translate go-to-market strategies and opportunities into actionable and measurable programs, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, accurately, and successfully to the global network driving the brand forward.
Co-ordinate and execute email marketing messaging to the global Network.
Participate in strategising, building and executing integrated campaigns that drive the achievement of the regional and overall business revenue targets.
Assist as needed to address pipeline gaps, including increasing brand awareness locally/regionally, and driving leads and MQLs.
Support various other marketing projects as needed.
Set and monitor specific KPI s to measure marketing strategies and community engagement.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
3+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in content and/or community manager role.
Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts and campaigns, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy.
Proven experience of successfully managing a growing online community.
Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time.
Strong communication skills - written and oral.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with a global team.
Experience/Interest in Cyber Security - Desirable.
Bachelor s Degree in marketing or related discipline.
Salesforce CRM.
Community Platform Management systems or software especially Hivebrite.
WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?
Permanent: Our client is growing and sees this role as a permanent addition to their growing team.
Full Time: A nice 35 hours per week.
Working Times: Our clients policy allows a mix of home and office.
Salary: Up to GBP55,000 - depending on experience.
Perks: 4% pension contribution; 25 days holidays, bupa healthcare, wellbeing programme and 4 x salary life assurance and nice new sparkly offices.
