Your responsibilities:
If you work as a cover supervisor, you will be tasked with:
Distributing the work that was left behind for the students to complete whilst the teacher is absent
Maintaining an orderly classroom by actively nipping any misbehaviour in the bud
Liaising with other members of staff in regards to student behaviour and well-being
Supporting the students in the classes you have been allocated with their learningRequirements:
In order to work as a cover supervisor, you will need to have:
Strong behaviour management skills
The willingness to further develop your skills
Reliability and strong time-keeping skills
