Are you a Distiller or similar from a Spirits background looking for a varied and exciting role within a multi award-winning artisan spirits start-up where you will make a direct impact on the business and work both autonomously and closely with the director as you have creative input on new product development in addition to opportunities to progress to Head Distiller and build a team around you?
This company are a multiple award-winning manufacturer of a range of artisan spirits. They have major aims of ongoing expansion and growing their existing product range, and as such are looking for a distiller to come in and assist the Director with the workload.
This is a varied role where you will be the go-to person for distilling artisan spirits, as you work closely with the Director, in addition to assisting with bottling, labelling and leading Gin experiences (2 Saturday's required per month). In addition to this you will have the chance to have creative influence on the ongoing R&D projects, in addition to creating your own recipes, as the company grows you can move into a Head Distiller role.
This role would suit a Distiller from a Spirits or similar background looking for a varied position where you will be an essential part of a rapidly growing spirits producer and can have the autonomy to oversee new recipe production in addition to progression to Head Distiller or Management positions.
The Role:
Distilling artisan spirits
Bottling, labelling etc.
Overseeing and being involved in R&D of new spirits
Opportunities to create your own products
Monday-Friday role (with at least 2 Saturday's required per month, day in lieu given)
Progression to Head Distiller / Management level provided
Key member of an award-winning artisan spirit producer
The Person:
Distiller
Spirits or similar background
Happy to work 2 + Saturdays per month (for a day off in the week in lieu)
Commutable to Slough
