If this is you, Tate have fantastic Customer Service Representative roles available, working for a key, local employer, based in Bournemouth, paying GBP10 per hour.
Remote working option available - 2 days at home and 3 days in the office
The duties of the role will include
Receiving inbound calls from customers in relation to their existing insurance policy
Administration tasks in relation to customer requests
Maintaining a high quality of customer service standards
Working as part of a teamThe ideal candidate will need to have
A positive, customer-focused attitude
Proven customer service background for example from either a call centre, retail or hospitality background
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent and confident telephone manner
A high level of accuracy and attention to detailThis is a 3-month temporary assignment, working 37.5 hours per week.
