Our Client based outside of Lutterworth is currently looking to recruit a Production Operative to join the team.
You will be working as part of a team operating, monitoring and maintaining all areas of the manufacturing process to ensure that our client s products are made to the highest quality standards.
You will also be working closely with the engineering team to make sure that any delays are kept to a minimum on the production line. Due to where they are located you will need your own transport.
Main Responsibilities include:
Adhere to health and safety policies at all times.
Operating and maintaining Production line machinery, equipment and mobile plant
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness by taking full ownership of your working area.
Regular quality control monitoring and recording through both visual and physical inspection of products.
Identification and safe resolution of Breakdowns and quality issues in partnership with the Maintenance team.
Proactively report safety and quality issues as soon as they are discovered
Essential Skills:
Knowledge and experience of working on a production line
Basic Maths and English
Basic writing skills
Good standard of verbal communication
Team Player
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of quality and safety
this position is working monday - Friday on days.
