We have many vacancies in warehouse, production, customer service and packing open during the summer months of June - September!
If you are looking to earn some extra money this summer and are happy to work in a temporary seasonal role, then we want to hear from you. No interview is necessary, inductions are booked upon receipt of application.
Start: Inductions being booked through May - June
Location: Waterbeach, Cambridge
Warehouse and Production Hours: 7am - 4pm Monday - Thursday, 7am - 1pm Friday
Customer Service Hours: 8.55am - 17.10pm Monday - Friday
Hourly Rate: GBP10.00 - GBP20.00 per hour
Benefits: Pension auto enrolment, 28 days holiday
OVERTIME: In the warehouse it is possible to work overtime which is paid at GBP15.00 per hour for anything above 40 hours in the week or Saturdays, GBP20.00 per hour for Sundays.
Warehouse / Production roles duties:
- Sourcing and packing customer orders
- Folding garments
- Quality Control of all items on return
- Returning items to correct storage area
- Moving/wheeling/ manual lifting of hampers
- Assistance with dispatch
Customer Service Advisor duties:
- Answer the telephone quickly
- Dealing with customer enquiries professionally
- Updating the CRM system
- Processing of high volumes of emails
- Constructing emails to customers dealing with enquires and complaints
