We are now looking for a Customer Care Assistant to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, working 40 hours per week.

The Role

As a Customer Care Assistant, you will manage our customer relations process.

Processing orders and customer requests accurately, you will provide an efficient, friendly and professional service to internal and external customers.

You will also build positive relationships with existing and new customers, offering a vast range of trusted products and equipment at the most competitive prices.

Additionally, you will:

- Provide key account support to the sales team
- Assist in keeping the customer database updated
- Operate Zendesk webchat platforms on company websites

About You

To be considered as a Customer Care Assistant, you will need:

- A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar customer service and/or co-ordinator role
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build a rapport via email, phone and Zoom
- Excellent keyboard, computer and IT skills
- A full, valid driving licence
