We are looking to recruit a Lead Engineer / Plumber to join our team in Westminster.
About the Role
Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll carry out diagnostics and technical repairs to a variety of building services, site managing intrusive challenging investigations, demonstrating your competence to multi-skill outside your core trade, to include minor plumbing works, i.e. installing pipes, fixtures and fittings, sinks, toilets etc.
You’ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.
About You
Candidates will hold a relevant City & Guilds qualification, or equivalent, have excellent working knowledge of Health & Safety and hold a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card. With previous experience of working in the social housing sector, you’ll have the ability to work in all weather, operate small hand tools and be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
