We have a fantastic opportunity to work for OCO Technology as a Permanent Site Operative. opportunities for career progression.
You will work a rotating 3-week rota with shift premiums for afternoon and nights shifts, the hours of work and rate of pay are:
- 6am to 2pm - GBP11.64 per hour
- 2pm to 10pm - GBP13.31 per hour
- 10pm to 6am - GBP14.14 per hour
Your Time at Work
As a Site Operative your duties include:
- Reporting to the Team Leader and working closely with other staff, the jobholder is to monitor the
manufacturing production line, whilst being responsible for housekeeping and minor maintenance of the Aggregate Manufacturing Plant.
- Proactively taking responsibility for themselves, to follow instructions and procedures, without constant supervision and with due regard to safety and operational requirements, to ensure full compliance with all legal and operational requirements.
- To help identify potential breakdowns with the plant, and assist with maintenance and materials handling, to ensure continuous operation.
This can be a physically demanding role, to assist the Team Leader to carry out daily, weekly and monthly tasks as detailed in the site manuals.

Our perfect Site Operative work in an efficient and productive manner, without the need for continual direct supervision and deputise in part or full for the Team Leader.
Key Information and Benefits
- After 3 months of service matched pension of 5% basic
- After 3 months service access to Perkbox and Medicash
- If Overtime required paid at time and a half
- 20 Days holiday entitlement including all statutory Bank Holidays
- Death in service twice Salary
