Retail Security Officer

BardWood Support Services now has an opportunity arisen to join our client working as part of the team on one of our national accounts based in Broad Street, working predominately 40hrs however, there is a need for flexibility due to potential changes. This role is working in partnership with our client, who offers additional benefits such as high street discounts through Mideals, on-the-job training, free SIA license renewal, and promoting internal progression by training stars for the future.

The position requires you to have a high level of self-presentation, customer service & communication skills are essential along with a positive/helpful attitude. You will be required to supervise a well-known retail brand, act as a visual deterrent, and ensure the safety and comfortability of the staff and customers.

Full-time: 40hrs, various days, must be fully flexible in terms of what they work

Rates: GBP9.90. per hour

Location: Rushden Lakes - NN10 6FH

You must have:

5-year checkable work history
Valid SIA badge
Excellent communication
Excellent customer service

Skills needed:

Experience in a similar role is essential
Physically fit
Excellent customer service skills
Enthusiastic in delivering service excellence
Possess the ability to work under pressure
Effective Communicator
