Pan Asian Head Chef - Borrowdale, Cumbria
Salary: GBP40k - GBP45k yearly depending on experience plus several exciting benefits.
A family-owned and run distinctive award-winning hotel is looking for a Pan Asian Head Chef offering a blend of Japanese, Malaysian, and Thai cuisine creating the ultimate dining experience. Salary GBP40k - GBP45k yearly plus numerous exciting benefits.
The Role :
As the Pan Asian Head Chef your role will be :
Responsible for implementing and delivering training to your brigade of chefs
Responsible for the management and development of the brigade, encouraging their creative input and ensuring positive succession planning
Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure, menu development, recruiting of kitchen staff, implementing, and adhering to all company policies and procedures
Getting involved in planning of seasonal dishes and specials in addition to their established menus, in conjunction with the Executive Chef
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Must have experience within a similar style establishment producing creative dishes
Have a great in-depth knowledge of a range of Southeast Asian cuisines with an understanding and experience of Pan Asian dishes and flavours from across South-East Asia
