Salary: Competitive + Profit Related Pay
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours of work: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant for our Cardiff branch.
We operate in a very niche and rewarding industry, making independent mobility accessible to all by adapting vehicles to each customers individual needs. With a list of over two hundred adaptations no two days are the same!
Working in a small friendly office environment, you will be providing administrative support and service to customers, suppliers, and car dealerships.
Administration Assistant - The Role:
Assist the office manager with administrative duties
Handle calls and emails from customers, colleagues, and technicians
Dealing with post, scanning and filing
Greet customers attending the Branch
Maintain the integrity of customer orders
Booking and diarizing appointments
Administration Assistant - The Person:
Good IT skills and understanding of Microsoft office
Confident and friendly when speaking to suppliers and customers
Positive team player
Good organisation skills with attention to detail & accuracy
A genuine enthusiasm for dealing with customers, and a customer 1st attitude
