Engineering Team Leader
Telford - up to GBP45,000 D.O.E + benefits
Looking for an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join a FMCG Production environment located in Telford. You must be a strong Leader and Motivator; able to manage and challenge behaviours. Responsibilities will include; maintaining efficiency, quality and safety objectives connected to Overall Equipment Effectiveness (O.E.E). Other duties will include coaching and developing of team members.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Team Lead / Management Experience
- Responsible for reaching pre-defined objectives in compliance with Safety and Environmental Standards
- Apprentice trained in Mechanical / Electrical discipline
- Experience with PLC s / VSD s
- Quality of all Products made in conjunction with ISO 9001 Quality System
- Responsible for the efficiency of Production Lines and adherence with production plans
- Pro-active performance management to include: onboarding, performance reviews, sickness reviews, appraisals and training
- Cost control - waste, labour, Engineering consumable and materials
- Experience in operating converting lines/process knowledge
Applicants must be comfortable working shifts!
24/7; 12hour shift pattern 06:00 - 18:00 / 18:00 - 06:00. One week days; one week nights
Basic salary GBP42,000 - GBP45,000 D.O.E + benefits
