We are recruiting for a Quality, Risk and Compliance Administrator to work in Blackpool on behalf of our NHS client.

Job Purpose & Role

The role of the Quality, Risk and Compliance Administrator will be to provide high quality professional and comprehensive administrative support to the corporate services division and the quality, risk and compliance department in particular, to ensure the smooth running of all related services

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the provision of an effective and efficient day-to-day administration service, including co-ordinating and minuting meetings, composing and issuing various communications, including emails and letters and other general admin duties; and will therefore have excellent verbal and written communication skills, together with the ability to multi-task. The post holder will adept with a variety of I.T. applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams and will possess the ability to learn bespoke and specialist systems quickly.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Receive, allocate and dispatch both internal and external departmental and divisional mail and ensure that any outgoing mail is handled in accordance with the relevant operational procedure

Answer telephones, taking and forwarding messages and ensuring that all telephone callers receive a prompt, courteous, informed response

Process admin related invoices for the department and deal with any related invoice queries

Liaise with the information Technology (IT) department, in the ordering, maintenance and updates of all required divisional computer equipment

Demonstrate effective communication skills, being able to communicate with different types of people, including visitors, senior managers, and staff from other departments.
