Single Online Home Manager
In this new and exciting role you will work collaboratively across Hampshire Constabulary and Thames Valley Police to manage the operation, development, support, and performance of the forces' "digital front counter" - the Single Online Home (SOH) web platform - and the team supporting it. You will continuously improve the forces' online capabilities through building and maintaining excellent relationships with critical internal and external stakeholders and system managers.
New technologies and alternative ways of working are transforming the way we protect our communities and bring people to justice. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to collaborate, solve problems and deliver across multiple organisations or services
Experience of delivering organisational benefits through well executed business change activities
Experience of leading people and prioritising their workloads
Ability to understand the technical aspects of system integration / architecture in order to solve problems and develop and deliver future innovations
