An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a growing business in Beaconsfield. This role will require someone who is happy to be in the office 5 days per week initially, but will offer hybrid working (2 days per week in office) once the training period is complete. The hours are 9:30am - 6pm and due to the nature of the business, there is no flexibility on this.

Our client is a growing media business based in Beaconsfield. You will be working with a switched on and motivated HR Director, in this newly created role. This company have some very exciting & well known customers and have a solid growth strategy in place for the coming years.
Description
The HR Assistant will be responsible for the following:
Co-ordination of on-boarding process for new employees, ensuring all right to work documentation and employee data is uploaded onto the HR system
First point of contact for all HR queries via the HR inbox and drop ins.
Co-ordination of employee checks, DBS checking process, probation reviews.
Updating Holiday allocation on HR system.
Administrator for HR information system (adding new starters, leavers etc), ensuring all employee records are fully up to date and signatures obtained where necessary.
Assisting with invoicing, raising purchase orders.
Preparation of new employee contracts and associated paperwork including contractual changes
Other ad hoc supportProfile
The ideal HR Assistant will have the following skills/ qualities:
Previous HR experience
CIPD Level 3 and above or degree level educated
Great verbal & written communication skills
Ability to work as part of a small team
A desire to provide the best service to employeesJob Offer
