We are a staffing solutions company situated in the heart of Bournemouth centre. We are looking for a Booking Coordinator to join our office team.
Working Hours :
Monday - Fridaty
office hours 9 am-6 pm
Including rotated on-call duty
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Booking staff into vacancies
Using booking systems - updating staff detail into the system, arranging daily rota for carers & drivers.
On-call duties - Being in contact with staff and Emailing or calling clients for confirmation
Account management - Building relationships with staff & clients
Probing skills of staff on experience, requirements, and suitability
INPUT - inputting candidates information / documents - compliance data into CRM systems.
Key Performance indicators
Prioritizing tasks - showing organization and flexibility
Answer calls just in time
Acknowledge inquiries as soon as possible
Provide option/ confirmation/ cancellations and amendments within 2 hour or sooner
Benefit:If successful, shadow shifts will be provided.

Requirements - Essential
Minimum 1-year previous coordinator in a busy and changing environment. Whether it may be as a call centre, sales team, or within a busy help-desk team environment.

Good communication skills - both written & verbal.
Accurate DATA input skils
Can-do - attitude
Desirable:
Some care/support workers experience is advantegous
Driver
Some understanding of sales
People management skills
