We are currently going through an exciting period of growth as recognition of our brands continues to increase, and we are now seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our expanding team, working flexible hours (9-3 preferably).

The Role

As a Customer Service Executive, you will deliver great service to customers supporting them throughout their journey with us.

Maintaining customer service standards and satisfaction ratings, you will seek to
reduce customer complaints and ensure we stay ahead of the competition in all service areas.

A key element of your role will be to cross-sell and up-sell additional products to customers, as well as ensuring orders are completed and submitted in a timely manner.

Additionally, you will:

- Accurately process customer transactions, minimising problems for customers
- Support the sales team to grow existing customers
- Create new customers on our CRM systems
- Resolve customers’ billing issues and any problems with products
- Respond to service questions and general enquiries

About You

To be considered as a Customer Service Executive, you will need:

- Evidence of customer service experience
- Proven successful track record quickly building a rapport with customers
- Proven ability to understand technical components as well explaining them when required
- Proven strong upselling, cross selling and closing skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Demonstratable knowledge of sales process

Industry or trade experience would be advantageous.

Please note, driving for this role will be minimal as it may be needed on an ad hoc basis.
