Term time (including INSET days plus 2 weeks) – 46.7364 paid weeks per year
Actual Starting Salary - £20,230 per annum
This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy and expanding Trust as part of the Business Team. Initially you will work alongside the Trust Business Manager and support the HR, Premises and Finance staff to increase capacity in the team and to learn from experts in their field.
When our new school, Orchard Grove Primary School, opens in September 2023, you will become the school’s Office/Business Manager – a varied, busy and essential role in which no two days are ever the same! As the school grows, you will be involved in the appointment of your own team of support staff.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in either HR, Finance or Premises and will have:

A strong track record of efficient and accurate work with an excellent attendance and punctuality record

Excellent ICT, organisation and communication skills

A dedication to children's progress and outcomes

Personal drive and initiative

Flexible approach with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
